About Me

Maestros Leadership Award | AWARD

Accountability in educational institutions is woefully inadequate. In sub-Saharan Africa, 40 percent of children remain illiterate even after five years of education. By end of 2016, 38 percent of sub-Saharan African youth were predicted to have been illiterate, compared to 0 percent in the majority of other global regions. The root cause of low-quality and inequitable public services is often weak accountability; by establishing the Award, the team is promoting quality education and accountability especially in Primary and secondary schools, by increasing information on school performances, and publicly awarding best preforming schools in with the Leadership award called MALA (Maestros Leadership Award)

The Award package was designed as one of the solutions for accountability in the education system. The aim of The Awards and the Teachers Training is to examine and implement the concept of excellence and leadership in the light of administration and management of organizations such as schools so as to achieve educational goals excellently.

. The awards is known as MALA (Maestros Leadership Award) that includes

  1. Full Scholarship program for all students enrolled at the institution
  2. Free Parents and Teachers Training
  3. Free students training on academic excellence
  4. Free school materials for all students.

This came as one of the solutions for accountability in our education system. The aim of the Awards and the Teachers Training is to examine and implement the concept of excellence and leadership in the light of administration and management of schools so as to achieve educational goals excellently.
